These terms exist to keep Naseeb safe, sincere, and family-friendly for every member in Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the UK. Please read them — they are short, and they matter.

By creating an account or using Naseeb ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Naseeb is a matrimonial service intended for adults genuinely seeking marriage.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
To keep the community safe, we operate identity and selfie verification. You agree that the photos and information you submit for verification are your own, current, and unaltered. Impersonation of any person is grounds for immediate removal.

Naseeb is a family-oriented space. By using the Service you agree that you will not:

You retain ownership of the photos, bio text, and messages you post. By posting, you grant Naseeb a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, showing your profile to compatible members.
We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Guardian-mode viewers you authorise may see profile content you share with them.

We verify profiles and moderate reports, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee any member’s conduct. Exercise caution: meet first in public places, involve your family where appropriate, and never send money to someone you have not met.
Use the in-app reporting tools to flag suspicious behaviour. We review every report.

Matchmaking on Naseeb is free for members: creating a profile, matching, liking and messaging carry no charge and are not restricted by any paywall. The Service is supported by clearly-labelled advertising from wedding vendors and by optional paid extras that members may buy but never need — currently a one-time Premium membership and time-limited featured placement. Prices are shown before purchase. Vendor listings are commercial content; transactions with vendors are solely between you and the vendor.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other members, or expose the Service to legal risk. Where lawful and safe to do so, we will tell you why.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that members’ statements are accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naseeb’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (typically zero) or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Naseeb currently operates in Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence among those regions, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
